Return and Refund

If your order does not suit you, you have 10 days from receipt of your package to request a return.

Procedure :
Please send us an email to info@mellejewelry.com specifying:

• Your order number
• The article(s) concerned
• The detailed reason for the return

Please clearly explain the reason for your request so that we can process your return in the best possible conditions.

Refund :
Once your return has been received and validated, we will refund you using your original payment method. You will be responsible for shipping costs, unless we made an error.

Terms :

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Any non-compliant return will not be accepted.
