If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return.

Procedure :
Please send us an email to info@mellejewelry.com specifying:

• Your order number
• The article(s) concerned
• The detailed reason for the return

Please explain the reason for your request clearly so that we can process your return in the best possible way.

Refund :
After receiving and validating your return, we will process the refund via your original payment method. Shipping costs remain your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.

Terms :

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Any return that does not conform to the contract will not be accepted.
